This is available from midnight of check-in date for 48 hours.

If you report a no show, will email the guest telling them the booking is cancelled. also expect you to re-open the room for re-booking immediately.

If the booking was a multi room booking (group booking), part or all of the booking can be reported as a no show. Report each of the no show bookings separately.
