Setting/Report invalid card to Booking.com
Click the button to report an invalid card to booking.com
This will cause booking.com to email the guest asking them to add an additional card to the booking.
This does not change the status of the booking.
If the guest does not respond after 36 hours you can cancel the booking but you must do this within the booking.com extranet.
This function is available up to midnight on the day of check-in
